For Memorial Day, Taylor and I decided to go hiking... like everyone else in Utah.

And then we came home where Tannin had been hiking mountains of his own.

Kelsey's Golden Birthday 24-24

Friday I came home from work to a pre-birthday surprise from Taylor:  almond crusted lemon salmon and Spiderman 2!

Yeah, he made it up. :)

 We were meaning to open my gifts on Saturday, my birthday, but we realized that with our plan to watch the meteor shower Friday night, we would sleep in.  So to get the full majesty of my birthday gifts, we opened them instead on Friday night.

Despite trying to find the Bountiful theatre for 40 minutes, the fact that we had the whole
theatre to ourselves made Taylor this happy.

 We tried to see the meteor shower but it was too cloudy...but we still got to cuddle :) :)

On Saturday my parents came over with cake and presents and we went to Tucanos

May 11th Celebrations all the May long....

So, of course Disneyland was our main anniversary present to each other, but we also decided to get a little lizard when we came home

Before going to the pet store, Taylor was THIS excited about it

 This is Tannin.  He's a toddler, painted agama.  His species is from Israel/Jordan and the Middle East.

Tannin means "Dragon" in Hebrew.  And Drake means dragon too, so...

And Taylor loves constantly watching him...

And Tannin always watches him back....but not out of love quite yet...

First Anniversary Part 4 continues....

On our last day of Disneyland, I realized....
