We started off the day with this nice view from our bed and a gourmet breakfast
The Watchman mountain right outside our room |
Where breakfast is served |
Then we went on some hikes, Taylor wearing his Utah hat while I wore my BYU hat.
After our hikes, we went back to town for some Hawaiian Ice snow cones
And found a geode at a rock shop that we cracked open
And Taylor still kissed me! |
The waterfall (behind Taylor's head) |
The Lower Falls of the hike |
Kissing and hiking...at least we weren't texting and driving--though this might be just as annoying to other people...hehe |
Red rock tunnel we hiked through |
Open sesame! Open Sesame! Don't close in on us! |
The Upper Falls! We finally made it! It was sooo hot! |
View the entire hike up |
Squirrels were everywhere and liked to beg for food |
The Virgin River we walked through |
As we waded through the river, Taylor noticed something on shore.... |
...A squirrel making a break for our back pack we left on shore! |
And yes, he did open the zipper half way and was inside the back pack by the time we got back to it.... |

I like your blog title! You can change your about me page now too! =)
ha ha That squirrel is hilarious!!! Reminds me of Ice Age! ha ha Too funny! I sure hope Taylor wasn't holding the rock he broke open. His hands are worth millions! Remember to be careful with those hands!!! He needs to have his hands to not only keep his music playing, but to become a surgeon as well. Love your blog! Loved spending the weekend with you too! Wish we had taken a temple pic. You and Taylor looked adorable! Love you! Mom
See, Utah and BYU can get along famously! The world needs more love like Kelsey and Taylor! :) I remember you saying we can win over even our enemies with love...proof positive!!! XOXO
