Friday I came home from work to a pre-birthday surprise from Taylor: almond crusted lemon salmon and Spiderman 2!

We were meaning to open my gifts on Saturday, my birthday, but we realized that with our plan to watch the meteor shower Friday night, we would sleep in. So to get the full majesty of my birthday gifts, we opened them instead on Friday night.

We tried to see the meteor shower but it was too cloudy...but we still got to cuddle :) :)

Oh my goodness! I absolutely LOVE all the pics! What a super fun birthday! Dad and I loved celebrating with you! Those gifts from Taylor are so thoughtful and creative! You guys amaze me!!! So good at everything!!! I am so happy you guys love each other so much! We are so happy you married Taylor and brought him into the family! He is the son we always wanted! That dragon pic is so cool! It was fun meeting Tannin too! Cool family mascots along with those cute little ducklings we saw with you too! Seeing that beautiful engraved rock was impressive too! So artistic and what steady hands! He definitely has surgeon hands! We love you both so much! Thanks for sharing your fun blogs too! Love it! Love you! Mom P.S. Several people emailed me back after I sent a couple pics of you guys. They were saying stuff about how beautiful and gorgeous you are and how crazy buff Taylor is! People were like...WoW!
