Tannin is now 2 years old! That means she's a teenager in the lizard world!
And we all know what teenagers want to do....
Drive.
Tannin got her learner's permit and was able to drive us to her favorite hiking spot.
She likes to interact with nature.
Along the whole hike, she excitedly looked over Dad's hand, hoping to get her paws dirty.
It's always such an exciting ride!
However, her excitement disappeared when people passed by, and her body turned as hard as stone.
The hand is alright, but nothing beats the view on Dad's shoulder.
And nothing is warmer than Mom's hammock.
As cozy as it gets!

"Vroom vroom! Vroom vroom!" |
Here it is!
"Come join me for an adventure!" |
Along the whole hike, she excitedly looked over Dad's hand, hoping to get her paws dirty.
It's always such an exciting ride!
Like a dog putting its head out the window... |
However, her excitement disappeared when people passed by, and her body turned as hard as stone.
Tail up means "on alert!" |
The hand is alright, but nothing beats the view on Dad's shoulder.
And nothing is warmer than Mom's hammock.
Grandma Shepherd made Tannin her first quilt.
Pink minky only for this spoiled girl! |
As cozy as it gets!
Pink burrito! |
And nothing quite ends the day like playing in the sandbox.
"Can anyone see me? NOPE!" |
