We decided to take a day trip to Cache Valley to attend the Martin Harris Pageant on Saturday.

It was super beautiful, so we thought we'd take out the kayak (the second one we got since the first one had a manufacturer's error) into one of the swamps and float around.
Unfortunately, this kayak had a manufacturer's error too...Really SeaEagle?
After another disappointing kayak float, we wandered around the Logan Temple.
We also tried out Fox's Pizza Hut...BEST DECISION EVER!

And of course we had to try some Aggie ice cream.

Tuesday night we hiked around Red Butte Mountain and tried to hike to the top which required taking a not-often-used trail, but all the brambles and oak trees cut our legs up so we decided to go back home.
Also, to make up for ruining my bedroom again by re-finishing the desk...

That was a funny post about the pizza! You crack me up! The bear looks cute too! Taylor is such a good artist! Someday you should write and illustrate a book together! Taylor's hair looks nice! I don't know how you do that! Good thing I bought you more lactase pills! You guys were really having the good life! Pizza and ice cream! Yum! Love you both! Mom
