Tato's B-Day

It all started with darkness....
A power outage starting Thursday night to celebrate Taylor's decline into adulthood on his 23rd birthday.
For the next 20 hours....
But luckily, we found out what's going on with Taylor's right hand and why it's giving him such pain
Ganglion cyst and tendonitis

Then Taylor opened all his presents when the lights turned back on Friday, and I threw out all the rotten food.
His favorite movie now

And we celebrated with dinner at Macaroni Grill Friday night

Saturday morning we enjoyed the gym and then a picnic at Liberty Park.  But only after Taylor posed for his birthday pictures....

Liberty Park Picnic

On Saturday evening we went to the Drake parents to celebrate 3 birthdays:  Kelsey's, Taylor's, and Parker's

And we played croquet, which I won by a landslide...

And Taylor let me get a big lollipop since I've waited for one since Disneyland

Tater-tot and I finished painting some things in our living room

And we've started practicing French horn together again!
Such a handsome French Hornist

Happy birthday to my favorite person in the world!  I'm so glad you're in my life!

What is wrong with Taylor's hand? Will it get better?
I'm glad you are having fun together. =)

Your blog was so fun to read! I liked the play on words with Taylor's "buff day" too. It looks like a lot of fun celebrating! Taylor's poses showed off some major guns too! Wow! I am glad to hear you are the Croquet Queen, just like I was! I loved that game growing up! Dad and I sure enjoyed listening to you and Taylor play your French horns again. Make sure you guys insure it, especially since your apartment has leaks and other issues. Sorry about the power loss. Bummer to lose all that food that you just bought! What is going on with Taylor's hand? What can he do to make it better? Looking forward to seeing you Saturday! I got tickets for Maleficent at 3:30 pm. Hamburgers and strawberry shortcake afterwards. Can't wait! Love you! Mom
