Little Jezza

Last Saturday, Sept. 21st was a sad day, not only did BYU lose (j/k-I don't care that much), but our little baby Jezza died.  We were babysitting our neighbor's baby when we buried her.  Jezza was sick for a while so it's good she's no longer sick, but we were really sad because we thought we could save her and bought medicine and food to force feed her per a vet's advice.

Giving Jezza medicine
Isn't she so dang cute?  She loved bathing in the sun on the rocks.  Unfortunately, she's super skinny and sick in this picture but this was a few weeks before when we brought home a present from our Lake Powell honeymoon trip for her (the rock).
Finding a spot for Jezza

On Sunday Taylor had a fun time showing off his eagle scout memorabilia
Superman pose.  Instead of the S, it's the Eagle tie
Little boy scout ain't so little anymore, can't even button up his boy scout shirt.

On Tuesday my Mom came up to see our apartment and we went to the temple with my great uncle Ross

Taylor helped me make a little craft with our spaghetti jar that we can write notes on to each other.
It's what's for dinner....And decoration.

Poor little Jezza! At least she lived a life full of love. Sorry you couldn't get the medicine in time to save her, but she's looking down from gecko heaven and smiling to see your two new friends. :) Taylor is such a stud! Yeah, Eagle Scouts rock! Definitely a Super Man's suit! Taylor's busting out of his scout shirt!! All those weights are paying off! Glad I could go to the temple with you and Uncle Ross. That was really fun! Have another great week! Love you! Mom
