highLIGHTS!

Making Christmas cookies with my Mom.
 They are the yummiest!

I had to drop off an IV pump from work in Sandy, so Taylor and I stayed afterwards to go to Festival of Trees.

Temple Gingerbread houses.

Frosty  made of frosting!

And oh so many trees...

Taylor found the coolest playhouse ever there....Steamboat Willie!

Friday night we walked SLC downtown.
Rudolph under the mistletoe at the Grand America.

Red and green and a little white....

Saying hi to the Deer family staying at the Grand America.

Life size gingerbread home!  Smells so good!

Lights at Temple Square!

Tay took a career test for fun, and here are his results:

Notice #1 and #3.  Pretty much a perfect match.

I wanted to take it too, and here are my results.  We thought it was pretty cool because the questions it asked didn't seem to make any sense, but I guess it works well. Haha!
Looks like I made a good choice!  #7

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas

After Thanksgiving we started decorating for Christmas!
(By after Thanksgiving, we mean Thanksgiving Dinner...)

Our Christmas wreathes up on the doors!

Santa Clause Advent Calendar / Putting up the tree

All merry and bright!
With an elf stuck in the tree....

Window gel deco!  Taylor-Snowman and Kelsey-Snowwoman will always hold hands....

Setting up our Dollar Store Christmas Village!

A blustery day...

Taylor and Kelsey cuddling on a bench.

Thanksgiving

We had a wednesday Thanksgiving with the Justice family.
Taylor had to finish some school and research before we went over.
Taylor hard at work with the microglia.
The microscope and drug pushes.

The plated mice retinas Taylor used for his experiment.
We set up our new tent in the basement:
We were shocked with how much room the tent took up...
Our hinge door!
Wow!  Much bigger than we had realized!
Peek-a-boo!

Dinner #1!

Inaugural Movie Tradition!

Mexican Train Dominoes!

Thursday Thanksgiving #2 with the Drake side:
We had Thanksgiving dinner with Mike, Michelle, DeMarie, Lorien, and Parker.
And then we watched Elf.
But we just couldn't resist Black Friday Thursday?
Mr. Saves-a-lot is as happy as can be! Is he a man or what?
My new (and completely adorable) snow boots.  Last ones of the doorbuster sale!

My new designer coat, pants, and boots (tag still attached).
An idea of why we like Black Friday Thursday.  We felt like we were stealing...

Girls' Time Out

I had fun with my Mom and sister while Taylor was at school and my Dad was at work.  We did lots of stuff like:
Jewelry!

Eating Out!

We All Go To The Bathroom Together Trip Pic!

A Play!

And then Carlie and my Mom came to our apartment.
And watched me make a chili crock pot for Taylor's dinner.
I got to show off my work out equipment, Carlie liked taking a "nap" on our daybed, and we all went for a hike up in the mountains.
Tannin was wary of new faces and voices for a bit.  But she loved showing off eating a cricket and fat worms for them!

Tay got home earlier than expected and talked with us and Tannin for a bit too.

Then I drove to SoJo to make some pumpkin pies!
